BBQ Trout

One Skillet
One Steelhead Trout Filet
1 TSP Canola Oil
1 TBSP Capers
1 TSP Minced Garlic
1 TSP Lime Juice
1 TSP Garlic Powder
American Stockyards Mustard BBQ Sauce

Heat Oil On Medium
Add in Fish, Capers, Garlic, Garlic Powder, Lime Juice
Cook time is based on thickness of filet
Top with BBQ Sauce
