Pasta With Sausage, Vegetables & Soy Béchamel Sauce

1 Dutch Oven
1 Skillet
1 LB Isernios Ground Chicken Italian Sausage
1 TBSP Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 Ounces Frozen Chopped Okra
8 Ounces Frozen Cut Green Beans
1 Can No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 14.5 Ounce Box Barilla Multi Grain Rotini Al Dente (Save One Ladle of Pasta Water)
1 Diced Onion
1-2 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Smoke Paprika

Brown Sausage in Skillet & Set Aside
Heat Oil In Dutch Oven on Medium-Low Heat
Add Onions, Garlic, Okra, Green Beans, Tomatoes,Smoked Paprika
Saute All Vegetables Until Done
Add Sausage to Vegetables in Dutch Oven
Add in Your Béchamel Sauce
Add in One Ladle of Pasta Water
Serve over Cooked Rotini

Sauce Is Done

Serve Sauce Over Pasta
