Eggnog Multi-grain Thin French Toast

1 Nonstick Skillet
1 Mixing Bowl
8 Multi-Grain or Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Enough Soy Egg Nog to Cover All Thins
1-2 Egg Whites
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon

Add Soy Egg Nog, Egg Whites, & Cinnamon To Bowl & Whisk
Spray Skillet & Add In A Little Melted Olive Oil Butter Blend
Cook Each Side 1-3 Minutes & Then Flip
Top With Some Ginger Syrup

Ready For Some Ginger Syrup
